Cancellation of order

A request for refund or cancellation will only be accepted if the products are in their original packaging, unopened.

Product returns

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement. Returns are accepted within 14 days and only if the products are new, have not been unsealed or their packaging and physical condition have been violated and are accompanied by the accompanying documents (receipt, invoice, etc.).
In the event of a return, the user will be charged the corresponding transport costs, except in the event that, through the fault of the company, the wrong products or products with real defects have been sent, in which case we will bear all the transport costs of the old and new products.

Product warranty

The products in the shop are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, if any. The buyer can call us to inform him of the existence of a manufacturer's warranty. The Company does not guarantee or protect the suitability of the product sold for any particular purpose.
